Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will need you to ship the items back to us. Without first requesting a return, items will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For us to process damages and claims, we need you to disclose the damage information, as insurance companies have the right to investigate claims to ensure they are valid. These requirements aim to protect policyholders and ensure fair treatment.
Provide a detailed description of the incident, including the circumstances under which the damage occurred (e.g., loading, unloading, transportation, or storage). Specify the nature of the damage (breakage, scratches, water damage, etc.).
Damaged Items:
- List all the damaged items and their estimated value.
- Provide supporting documentation such as photos or receipts.
Important: Proof that the damage happened in transport or before arrival must be provided.
- Inform the transport driver or provider to witness and record the proof of damage.
- Take photos of outside package damages and individual damages of internal items.
We shall process the damage incident with the insurance and pay you the claim.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must still be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges & Cancellations
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact our support team.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.
