Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will need you ship the Items sent back to us and  without first requesting a return items will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For us to process the damages and process the claim . we need you to truly disclose the damage information as  insurance companies have the right to investigate claims to ensure they are valid, they are also subject to specific legal requirements. These requirements aim to protect policyholders and ensure fair treatment.

Damaged Items:

  • Proof of the damage happened in transport or before arrives at your place.
  •  Must inform the transport driver or provider to witness  the damage and record the proof of damage.
  • You have the right to refuse the item if in damage condition.Once accepted its your repocibility keep the item in good condition.
  • Its very important that the evidence of the transport damage must be pictured.so must take photos of the clear out side package damages.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Discounted Items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and Unpacked  goods.Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges Strictly " NO Change of mind "Policy 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


48 Hrs Cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being deliverd into the site, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 2 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    • Clearance or discounted items are non-refundable.
    • Damaged or Transport related  damages strictly need  the witness of damage in transport before accepting the delivery.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
