Clads Australia will replace the defective product or provide a pro-rated refund. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

How to make a claim

  1. Tell us in writing within 30 days of finding the issue.
  2. Include a description, clear photos or video, the quantity affected, your proof of purchase and the installation address.
  3. We may inspect the installation during business hours.
  4. If a defect is confirmed, we supply replacement product or a pro-rated refund.
