What Are Marble Sheets Made Of?

Our marble sheets are WPC panels — Wood Plastic Composite. This means they have a wood and plastic core that is rigid, moisture-resistant, and far more durable than standard MDF or plasterboard. The surface features a high-resolution marble-effect print under a protective coating that is waterproof and easy to wipe clean.

They are not real stone. They are designed to give you the premium look of marble at a fraction of the cost and weight — and unlike real marble tiles, there is no grouting, no risk of cracking, and no specialist tradesperson required.

How to Install — Two Simple Methods

Method 1 — Adhesive (No Visible Fixings) Apply lines of silicone or liquid nails along the back of the panel felt backing. Press firmly onto any clean, flat wall surface. This method gives a completely flush, screw-free result and is the most popular choice for bathrooms and kitchens.

Method 2 — Screw Fix Fasten black self-tapping screws through the felt backing directly into your wall, spaced approximately 3.5mm apart along each fixing line. This method is ideal for walls where adhesive alone may not bond reliably, such as textured render or uneven masonry.

For both methods, trim accessories and silicone sealant should be applied to all edges and joins before the installation is considered complete.
