WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) cladding clips are essential components for installing WPC cladding boards. They provide a hidden fixing method, resulting in a clean and aesthetically pleasing finish without visible screw heads. Here's what you should know about WPC cladding clips:

Purpose of WPC Cladding Clips:

• Hidden Fastening: The primary purpose is to secure the WPC cladding boards to the underlying battens or framework without driving screws through the face of the boards.
• Ease of Installation: Clip systems often simplify and speed up the installation process.

Installation with Clips (General Steps):

1. Install Battens: Fix timber or metal battens to the wall at the recommended spacing (usually horizontal or vertical depending on the cladding orientation). Ensure they are level.
2. Install Clips: fix the clips along the edge of the battens.
3. Attach First Board: Slot the first WPC cladding board onto the clips or fix it directly 
4. Insert Main Clips: Slide the main clips into the groove on the edge or back of the first board and screw them into the battens. The position of the screws will determine the spacing of the next board.
5. Interlock Subsequent Boards: Align the groove of the next WPC board with the exposed part of the clips already fixed to the battens and push it into place.
6. Continue: Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the remaining cladding boards.
7. Finishing: Use appropriate trims and edge profiles to complete the installation.
